Farmers2Market creates an online market that saves your farm time, increases orders, and promotes your farms brand, while offering your customers a consistent, convenient buying experience.
Farmers2Market provides real-time inventory across all digital channels (web, mobile, social and email). We market your farm while you create a farm to market.
We can typically build and launch your Farm-branded market in a couple days to a week (depends how quickly you give us information and product photos).
Once built we will do an instructional webcast with you to go over how and what your online market does and how easy it is to maintain your market.
Production or Scalable Farm plan it will take us considerably longer to input a large number of SKUs and photos of the items.
Once we build your online market we will start creating your identifiable brand monthly advertisements via web, mobile, social, email and/or newsletters campaigns.
It is expected that setup for either of these plans may take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to complete (dependent on how quickly to provide us the details and information on your products).

When you sign up as a Vendor (Farmer) an email will be sent to Farmers2Market where we will go over your vendor application including the validation of your business license.
Upon approval you will receive a welcome email outlining next steps and to expect a call or email from an onboarding specialist.
Customers must register ("Sign Up") to manage their profile and order history (There is no charge to register). When registered on Farmers2Market and creating an account, your billing and shipping information is automatically saved for future purchasing regardless of which vendor you purchase from.
Your customers can pay online via credit card; Visa, Mastercard, American Express (US Customers have the additional option of paying with Discover or Diners Club). Payment is processed and deposited directly into your account once delivery of order is complete.
Each payment processed automatically deducts 2.8% + $0.30 fee for credit card payments + a $0.35 Farmers2Market transaction fee. Farmers can offer customers (unlimited) pickup, direct delivery (option to add delivery fees) and/or shipping options.
Shipping fees are based on weight and/or price; fees vary based on shipping options in your area.
No! We will NEVER charge a commission on Farmers’ products. Consumers do not pay any club membership fees nor will we charge any additional fees to the consumers. Farmers receive 100% of the price they post minus the credit card fees.
No, this is the full responsibility of the farmer to list taxes if applicable to their products and to remit any taxes charged and paid to them through the sale of their products or services.

Absolutely! Restaurants, grocers and retail stores can signup for FREE the same as consumers. However, restaurants, grocers and retailers must provide proof of business by uploading a copy of their business license. Why do we ask this? We want to make sure our farmers understand the type of business their products are being shipped, delivered to or picked up from so that the farmers can establish a regular purchasing or subscription plan for that business.
All payments are managed directly by our processor—Stripe. Monies are deposited directly into your bank account—Farmers2Market never takes possession of your funds. Timing varies depending on the payment method.
Typically, once the consumer has received their purchased order whether delivered, picked up or shipped, you can expect payment within 24 hours.

Yes absolutely. If you are a seasonal farmer simply contact your onboarding agent or our customer service via email and let us know you are a seasonal farmer and would like to deactivate your farm for the season. Tell us the date you would like to deactivate and we will ensure any money owed to your business is paid and we will deactivate your account until next farming season.
